I took the dogs this afternoon to a meet and greet with their new sitters. Through a website called Rover.com, I found people in my area who sit for dogs in their homes. What a great idea! So we went to the family's house to see how my guys fit in with their family. It's a young couple with four children under the age of eight. The kids seemed to like the dogs although, let's face it, Glory can be a bit overwhelming. They have a huge backyard and Glory was happy just to get to run free. The husband works out of their house so they would rarely be alone.

I'm thrilled because I'm going to Rockport next week with Kitty and Cathy for a day and wanted to try these people out for one night, just in case it doesn't go well. I'm planning to go to Heber Springs next month, New Orleans in October, and Seattle in December, so this is something I really hope works out. I'll let ya know how it goes.
