Another cool morning... woohoo! Everyone talks about what a mild summer we had, but it certainly didn't feel that way to me. I just don't remember the horrendous heat, but that's probably because I didn't spend any time outside during the summer in all my 30 yrs here before. But oh no, I just had to get healthy and now must walk every day for an hour. Blessing or a curse?

Then lunch with Roy, Cowboys win, and we're closing in on a Texans win. I'm good.
