Although I usually prefer to vote on election day, I decided to go today since it was the last day of early voting and I have a few things to do on Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when I had to wait in line for 20 minutes! I hate to think what it's like on the real day, but I'm certainly glad I'll miss it. Next year I'll vote even earlier. Sadly, I wasn't a very informed voter, so had to leave a lot blank. I'm pretty up to speed on the state elections, but know very little about Katy. Something to work on.

I'm dressing as a hermit for Halloween and staying in tonight. That's exactly how i like to spend this silly holiday, so just call me grinch.
