Oh, how I love a day with no commitments! And when the weather is beautiful, it's a double bonus. Not that I don't love my commitments (okay, maybe doctor's appointments are an exception), but a free day is like a holiday from work, keeping in mind that I loved my job.

As the dogs and I were out walking this afternoon, it struck me that since Simon and I have both been taking glucosamine for our arthritis, we don't have nearly as many bad days. You'd think my vet or orthopedist could have told me about it, but noooo... I remembered that I'd given it to Sable for her arthritis and decided to try it. And the funniest thing is that our bad days are generally at the same time. Must be something to that weather thing (although fortunately, rain isn't a trigger). I'm just grateful that we're both doing so well.
