 I got these pics today of our work with the girls at Krause House. That's Hope on the left, designing the set backdrop. She's very artistic.

The photo on the right is of the older group. They had to cover their faces due to confidentiality because they're minors. Natalie is the girl facing forward in the cropped shredded t-shirt. I got to go back and visit with her for an hour this afternoon. She'll be leaving tomorrow or the next day, but she is unaware. She told me she likes it there because she feels safe and doesn't have to deal with her issues with her peers. Knowing this was the last time I'd see her, I stressed the importance of going back to school. I explained that the only hope for kids in her situation is finishing their education. She knew I was right and although I'll never know what happens with her, I can only pray she works it out. The odds are stacked against her, but I hope she can save herself.
