Talk about incentive! I really tried to talk myself out of water aerobics this morning because my butt always hurts more after I walk the dogs. But ONLY because I told you people yesterday that I was going... I went. And of course, I felt better afterwards. So thank you all for your unspoken support. Works for me apparently.

I went to a new dentist this afternoon. Third one since moving to Katy, but I think I have a winner. I score doctors on their staff, location, office setting, and chemistry with the doctor (or dentist, as it were). This guy won on all counts. Thank goodness!
