What a lovely Thansgiving we had. I impressed myself by making a turkey roll, stuffed with cheese and dressing, and wrapped in bacon. Mary Jane did the sides and assisted as my sous chef. It was all amazing and we had Ben & Jerry's for dessert.

Since the Cowboys were losing when we checked in after we ate, we decided to watch Help, the old Beatles movie that I love. Apparently Joe and Rob do, too.

I'm so very thankful for my family, those here and far away. I was always afraid that after Mom and Dad were gone, we'd all kind of go our separate ways, but I'm so happy to have been wrong. Life is good and I'm very grateful for all my many blessings.
