Yoga class - week 4. Last night I had a flashback to Sunday nights when I was working (not teaching, working in an office). I remembered so well dreading Sunday evenings because I had to go to work the next day. And last night I had the same exact feeling regarding yoga this morning. At some point I realized that I needed a diversion, so I put together a little gathering at the wine bar tomorrow evening. I invited my new neighbor and four other women who've expressed an interest and they all want to go. That alone felt like an accomplishment and gave me something to look forward to.

And then this morning, I'm happy to report that I didn't hate the class as much as before. I think that each week at least one pose becomes slightly easier and I'm pretty sure that there are now only two or three that I hate. Not bad for a 90 minute class. And the relaxation part is my favorite. I just might make this.
