Back to normal today (other than the stitches in my mouth that I'm supposed to leave alone and can't). Comcast came this morning after 2 wks without TV in the living room. It took me a while to make the initial call because I wasn't up to the stress of dealing with those all too familiar exasperating service calls trying to reach a live human being. I'm happy now, but will have to wait until Rob comes for a visit to get my home theater system hooked back up. Not a problem.
This afternoon I went to my second elementary school for mentor training. Now I wait because the school counselors don't get the kids until the mentor shows up, just in case they get stood up. I understand that perfectly. The next step is to speak to the child, then the parents, and finally to get a signed permission form from the parents. Hopefully this won't take long, but once you get parents involved, it's a crap shoot.
Then my second line dancing class this evening. Much more fun than the first and I already feel like I get it and am looking forward to next week.
