Boring, but busy day at the OK Corral today. Eye doctor appointment with more good results (I'm starting to think all these eye doctors just like seeing me every now and then).
Friday I bought a new iPhone 6 Plus, but took it back yesterday because it felt like a monster truck in my hand. As I attempted to set up the new 6, I screwed something up in the iCloud and then spent the afternoon on the phone with several different Apple support guys (one for the phone and then another for the Mac). Although it was time consuming, the experience itself was pleasant. They understood my problem and solved it in a reasonable amount of time. The best part was that I understood what they were telling me and in hindsight, it all made sense. But I always wonder how people with jobs deal with customer service of any kind... it definitely tries the soul.
