Little Cali told me today that her mother may be coming home from the "facility" in a few days. She said her sisters and grandma were going this afternoon to tell the doctors how her mom acts at home. I certainly don't know what any of this means, but Cali said she's been able to visit her almost every day and that's definitely good news. I won't be going back for two weeks because their campus is closed next week for state testing. I sure hope mom's home by the time I see her again.

One of my neighbors called this morning because she has free movie tickets for tonight and asked if I wanted to go. I said sure and then about an hour later another neighbor emailed me that she has two free tickets for a different theater tomorrow and invited me to go with her. Now, I haven't been to a movie theater since I moved to Katy, so this is just weird... but I'm not complaining. I love free stuff!
