Well, my company left today and I firmly believe it was a day too soon (or they got here a day too late). But I enjoyed the time we had together and am looking forward to our next meeting at Rob's house for the 4th of July.

Kay and Kori came over this afternoon and while Kori napped, Kay and I caught up. She had just returned from her son's girlfriend's law school graduation from the University of Texas and it seemed that anything that could possibly have gone wrong, did. Joe and Jessica hosted both of their families at their house for dinner Friday night and Joe cut his arm badly and had to go to the ER for stitches (before dinner). They had made dinner reservations for 20 after the graduation Saturday afternoon, but the reservation was never confirmed, so they lost it. After quite a bit of scrambling, they found a place that could seat them outside, but it was raining, so they all got wet. And later, after a driving rain storm, they finally made it back to their hotel. There were also issues with Kori, but Kay is so lighthearted that she was laughing the whole time she told the story. I love her!
