I know no one wants to read this, but the pain in my butt has localized in one spot on the right side. And it feels like I'm being stabbed in the butt with every step I take. I couldn't walk to water aerobics this morning after walking the dogs, but had to drive the two blocks. But I'm so happy to report that afterwards the pain had eased up quite a bit. I guess I need to go back tomorrow and the next day, too. I hate having to slather up with sunscreen, but it's a necessary evil for so much good.

This afternoon I made my reservation to go to Sacramento in September. I'll be staying with Andrea and meeting up with Gretchen, as she lives only 25 minutes away. I'm hoping to experience San Francisco, Napa, and the giant redwoods. It should be a great trip!
