Another day... a little bit closer to full recovery. I had a minor setback yesterday because I went to the mall to do a little shopping and apparently walked too far. But back to the heating pad today and I'm feeling pretty good again.

I knew I needed to stay still, so woke up worried about being bored. But Kay texted me pretty early to see if she and Kori could come over this afternoon. So that was definitely the bright spot in my day and I'm happier for it. Good friends are the best!
