I'm home safe and sound and fat and happy after such a great trip. And in case anyone has been wondering, I'm very excited to report that all the pain has settled in my lower back, which I've dealt with before and can handle much more easily than the sharp knife pain in my butt. I guess that therapist's elbow did the trick, as painful as it was at the time. I was limping when I got to California and now am not. Thank goodness or I doubt I would have been able to do the short hike in the park yesterday.

Anyway, I miss Andrea and Gracie and Gretchen already, but was sure happy to see my pups (but not as excited as they were to see me).
