My next birthday lunch was today with Kay and Carol at Federal Grill. The food and service were impeccable as usual and we enjoyed our annual visit together. I was surprised when they brought me a free dessert... tres leches cake (the best I've ever had). But it got better when our waiter told us that our bill had been taken care of. I love Jenny and Matt and not just because we got a free lunch, but because they're just good, warm, loving people. I'm proud to be part of their family. And actually Kay was the most excited because it was her turn to pay. I told her she still owes us!
