Well, it sure was a boring day today. I had an appointment with the retina specialist and on these days I have to clear my schedule for the rest of the day due to dilated eyes. It seems like the older I get, the longer it takes to get back to normal. But again, a good report, so no complaints here.

The best part of the day was wine bar! We've got a really fun regular group and we've landed in a new spot where they love us as much as we love them. It's really just happy hour at an Italian restaurant, so we should probably quit calling it wine bar day, but we're old and it's hard to change. And who really cares anyway?
