Today would have been my yoga teacher's 88th birthday, so our class met for lunch to celebrate her life.  Her son had this photo made for each of us and it's perfect to remember her by. In case you can't read the saying, it states, "When we speak the name of those who have left us, they will continue to live in our hearts...  Namaste"

We ate at a cajun restaurant because she was from Louisiana and loved everything about it. She even had a Mardi Gras party for us every year, but of course, I only got to attend the last one.

She was not in my life very long, but she instilled a love of yoga in me and I will never forget her.
