My little 4th grade girl was complaining today about how annoying her little brother is. I told her about my little brother's email telling me that his student thought I was his mother. She then told me about a good friend she had in Louisiana and that other friends said bad things about that friend, which she then passed on to her good friend. Later her mom told her that maybe she shouldn't tell the friend about the bad things being said about her because it probably hurt her feelings. How perceptive for a 9 year old.
